Massage Envy is one of America's fastest growing franchises and a leader in the health and wellness industry. We are looking for upbeat, positive and assertive sales professionals for our three locations: Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel and Dana Point.
We invite you to apply if you are friendly, enthusiastic, enjoy answering questions about wellness memberships, can articulate features and benefits of membership and can sell to clinic guests that qualify. Part Time and/or Full Time available
A successful associate maintains a minimum closing percentage using an applied sales process, promptly and professional answers the phone, efficiently books appointments, communicates with therapists, helps to maintain a spa environment, will greet incoming guests and members and efficiently checks members in and out for appointments. We provide indepth training upon hire.
Sales Associate Requirements:
•One year of customer service and sales experience
•Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients and fellow employees
•Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment
•Able to work flexible days and hours; some evening and weekends required
