Position Description
Our Palo Alto Tax Practice Group is seeking a junior to mid-level associate with 2 – 4 years of significant experience in advising private and public companies on employee benefits and executive compensation matters. The candidate will collaborate with attorneys in the group to frame clients’ critical business and legal issues and provide innovative solutions. The ideal candidate is a high performer with solid experience in sophisticated executive compensation and employee benefits arrangements, particularly in connection with transactions.

The ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form is required. The successful candidate will also possess excellent leadership skills and a strong work ethic. Membership in the california Bar is preferred.
