Job Description:
Position Responsibilities
• Conduct meetings with business owners or decision makers
• Set up Appointments, Close sales and establish new accounts
• Identify prospects needs by using tools and resources provided
• Build knowledge and skill set with our online training and support.
Position Requirements
• Strong Closing and Communication Skills
• Self Starter Attitude
• Any Direct B2B Sales is a plus but Not Required
• Basic computer Knowledge
• Discipline, Organization and the Ability to Work independently
• Strong Work Ethic , Confidence and Coach ability
• Have a willingness to learn, desire to achieve and drive to excel.
• Provide product knowledge and give effective sales presentations
Position Pay
· Sales Commissions paid weekly
· Residuals paid on renewals
· Corporate Revenue share for top earners
When securing the appointment with the decision maker, the average closing rate is 70-90% with the majority of our experienced sales agents being closer to 90%.
