Position: Operations Support / 1st level support

Overview:Looking for a a Support Analyst that has an operations or batch background that can provide service to all Business Technology teams by managing and approving change requests, while ensuring standards compliance.

- Process and schedule production application code releases
- Follow up on daily issues to determine scheduling impact
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and high-level of initiative to learn about company systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Prior experience with a ticketing system (HP Service Manager a plus)
- Team player
