POSITION: IT / Technical Recruiter
Responsible for full life cycle recruiting of IT candidates (direct sourcing, not 3rd party sourcing).

Responsibilities:

·  Research for candidates through internal database, online job/resume boards and referrals (lots of computer based research work)

·  Call candidates and Qualify / interview them for client positions (primarily on phone)

·  Revise candidate resumes

·  Perform / coordinate background checks

·  Build relationships with candidates

Requirements:

·  3+ years of IT / Technical Recruiting Experience

·  Good understanding of various IT / Technology skills

·  Good understanding of Clients, their environment (cultural and IT)

·  Networker who always asks for referrals

·  Rolodex of IT Candidates

·  Exceptional phone skills

·  Energetic / Enthusiastic / Cheerful with pleasant demeanor

·  Ability to close candidates

·  Smart individual, quick learner

·  Good MS-Office & web skills a must

·  Good written skills. And ability to write/edit resumes and other business communication in a clear concise manner.

·  Attention to details

·  Organized individual - ability to juggle multiple tasks

Background Checking:
We will check your references and will perform drug/criminal background checks prior to hiring you.

Compensation: Flexible. Can be salary + incentive / performance pay, OR draw against commissions, or commissions only (your choice). Higher the salary, lower the commission percentage, and vice versa.
