We’re seeking a seasoned Graphic Designer / User Interface Developer to assist us widen our development operations to support outrageous growth in the business. We desire someone with a strong aspiration to disrupt the status quo. This will be a very hands-on role that includes designing & executing instinctive, innovative, & customer-facing web-based User Interfaces. This position will operate directly with operations to guarantee a high reliability, stability, & usability solution.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 3 years in a related Graphic Design / User Interface position.
Minimum of 2 years desired experience using technologies such as CSS, HTML5 & JavaScript/AJAX.
Minimum of 5 years experience working with usability, site optimization, photoshop, InDesign, illustrator & comprehending analytics/metrics.
Desired skill with CoffeeScript, Compass/SASS &/or LESS.
Successful candidate will possess superb communication & technical skills.
Proven experience in developing functional designs that can be executed quickly & efficiently.
Leader will possess an ability to motivate themselves & our team to be brutally effective, & will sustain a positive attitude, a steadfast commitment to excellence & a fantastic work ethic.
