Boutique digital / design staffing company is looking for a
Recruiter who has a passion for this space and has experience with recruiting /sourcing.
This person needs to have strong communications skills and must love meeting cool / creative people and should have a passion for the advertising/ creative/ interactive design space.
Qualifications:
2 or 4 years college degree
2+ years of job experience with recruiting and/or sourcing
Understanding of how an ad agencies and creative teams function.
Exceptional communication, listening, and follow-up skils
Experience with LinkedIn, social media, and various job boards is a big plus
Strong writing and email skills
Positive attitute and an easy going personality is a must
Self-driven and competitive
