At CASA operated apartments, non corporate bookings will not be accepted from any paying guests under the age of 21. Proof of identification and date of birth may be requested at check in. Should proof of identification and date of birth not be presented on request, CASA reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Please note that the apartments do not have a check in desk, and guests will be contacted 24 hours before arrival to arrange check in. If you are not contacted within this time, please contact the hotel directly by using the details provided on your booking confirmation. Check in must take place between 2.00 6.00pm, check out must take place between 6.00 10.00am.
Same sex groups of more than 4 people will not be accepted, and the full reservation will be cancelled without refund.
Late check in will incur an additional charge.
